Step 01
Check all your vents for functionality. Use your year, make, and model to order the correct VentTab, then choose the right vent position and color when asked. Before installing, remove any remaining loose plastic so the replacement tab can seat cleanly.
Step 02
Begin by placing the VentTab on the correct louver blade. Keep the tab centered and line up the two VentTab forks so they straddle the vertical post.
Step 03
Press the VentTab into position until it locks onto the louver. You'll feel or hear a click when it's properly installed. You're done.

Vent Tabs saved me hundreds. All but one of my vent tabs were broken (by the dealer) on my BMW. The only way to fix them was to buy new vents, try to remove the trim without breaking it and replace. I was about to order the new vents when I discovered Vent Tabs. I could not believe it could be such a simple solution. I took a chance and ordered enough so if the other original tabs break I would be ready. All I had to do was clean my vent and remove any broken tab hardware that was still attached to the vent. Installation was a snap. Took me 5 minutes to install the 3 tabs. And yes, the replacement tabs look exactly like the original ones. There is nothing to think about here if you have broken tabs. You will not be disappointed.

E92 Vent Tabs
Easy to fit. Helps to use a pen or similar to make sure vertical grid is locked in place of tab fingers just before final push/click into place. By the way, the customer service was a pleasant surpise.

Worked Perfectly
I had 2 of my vent tabs come apart on my BMW. These snapped right in and worked like a charm. The black is not as black as the ones I had but I’m sure I’m the only person that would notice that.

Perfect. It literally took seconds to install. It took longer to fish out the old BMW tab bits than it took to do the installation. And the work perfectly.

Overall the product is excellent, exactly how they should have been designed by BMW in the first place instead of the unnecessarily complicated effort. It’s a shame the maker of these replacements doesn’t have a European seller because I had to pay £15 duty at the post office before they’d give me the package! So to summarise, great product but very expensive for what they are if you live in Europe.
