Venttabs™ Limited Warranty 

Vent Tabs will warrant the product for ten years from date of purchase. This is an exclusive warranty and no other express warranty applies. The coverage applies to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. The warranty period will not extend if we replace the Product. 

What does the Warranty cover?

The warranty cover defects in the materials and workmanship of the venttabs™ product(s) only. 

What does the Warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover damage due to a) storage b) improper use or abuse c) failure to follow product installation instructions resulting in damage d) product modification or alteration e) accidents or other physical impact f) removal of the vent assembly or dashboard or vent cover. Vent Tabs will not cover labor costs related to replacement of the product.

What will Vent Tabs do ?

Vent Tabs will replace a product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. We will replace the product or refund the full purchase price of the product at our sole discretion.

What will we request ?

We will ask the customer to provide a short description of the product issue, and provide customer name, date or purchase order #. We will provide a response within one week. 

Some countries, districts or states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of relief, incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to special amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you

VENTTABS.com Shipping Information – 2020 Update

NEW FREE SHIPPING OFFER: USPS 1ST CLASS DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS ARE NOW FREE to 50 states and Puerto Rico.   

Most orders are processed, handled and shipped within 24 hrs. from time of receipt. We ship Monday through Saturday (except for Holidays). Sat/Sunday orders will ship on Monday (unless USPS has a Monday holiday). 

Please double-check the shipping address deliverable by USPS (United State Postal Service), we are not responsible for shipping to incorrect address and will not refund the postage due to customer incorrect address that causes a returned to sender or non-delivery. Please note you will be billed again for re-shipping if USPS returns your shipment as undeliverable and a second shipment must be made.   

USPS First Class Mail  includes a tracker number for your convenience, included in the email confirmationMost shipments arrive in 2-3 business days in US, based on your zone, we ship from Fullerton, CA 92835. We rely on USPS Tracker to inform the customer and ourselves of a delivery. We are not responsible for merchandise stolen , lost , misplaced after USPS has delivered the parcel. 

We also offer domestic USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Express Mail service, prices quoted at checkout page.  

 

Shipping outside the United States

 1) USPS International First Class is available for Canada and Australia only.  2) We offer USPS International Priority or USPS International Priority Express for most other countries.  The easiest & most accurate way to review shipping options is to proceed through the online checkout and all options will be presented (no credit card information required to obtain a shipping quote).

Please be aware that applicable duties and taxes will have to be paid upon arrival for many countries.     

                              Returns & Refunds Policy 

We operate with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We stand behind the quality and workmanship of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied after installation, notify us through an email support@venttabs.com within thirty days of purchase. In most cases , we will issue a complete refund and will notify of the decision. If a refund is confirmed, we will issue the refund through the credit card or payment method used in the transaction , 2-3 business days.    

Several situations may cause a return of shipment to Vent Tabs. 

  1. Incorrect item or damaged in shipment  – Simply notify support@venttabs.com by email with your name, order number (from the packing slip), photo and reason and we will send the correct merchandise free of charge via USPS First Class . 

  2. Customer change-of-mind/cancellation after shipment has been processed or customer product selection error - We will accept a product return, but refund the credit card the product cost only (we exclude the original cost of postage – which is usually about $3 in US).  Notify support@venttabs.comby email with your name and order number (from the packing slip) and reason. We suggest you send the goods with a tracking number service/USPS.  We will issue partial refund upon receipt of the returned goods and notify the card holder within 3-4 days of processing. We do not issue an RMA or return authorization number to initiate a return. We do not manage returns/refunds via phone calls or faxes. 

  3. eBay Customers : please follow the process as described on ebay.com. It requires a physical return and includes a return  document & label that you download from ebay.com ( with customer and product ID ) .  We will not process a return or refund without this process for eBay purchases.
